Submission Issue – Draft Existed Before Deadline But Submission Incomplete (GhostOps – UI Navigator)

Hello Gemini Live Agent Challenge Organizers,

I built my project GhostOps during the official hackathon period and was actively completing my Devpost submission right up to the deadline. My project draft already existed on Devpost before the deadline (currently showing Draft – 2/5 steps completed), but I was unable to finalize the remaining steps in time by just 1-2 minutes before the March 16 8PM EST cutoff.

The project itself was fully implemented, deployed, and working well before the deadline. Everything below was ready and live:

What GhostOps does:
GhostOps is a transparent, always-on Electron overlay that sits invisibly above every window on the desktop. It uses Gemini 2.5 Flash for multimodal routing and screen understanding, Gemini Live API for real-time voice interaction, and a multi-agent architecture that can annotate the screen with bounding boxes, control the mouse and keyboard via vision, automate browser tasks, and record and replay full desktop workflows.

Multi-agent routing architecture:
- direct_response — instant answers
- screen_annotator — draws live bounding boxes over UI elements
- cua_vision — computer use: screenshot → Gemini → click/type/navigate
- cua_cli — shell commands and app launching
- browser_agent — full Playwright web automation
- screen_context — reads screen state before acting

Tech stack: Gemini 2.5 Flash (vision + routing), Gemini Live API (real-time voice), Google GenAI SDK, Google Cloud Run (backend), Google Cloud Firestore (persistent memory), Electron, Python, FastAPI
