Any chance to have access to the cloud credit if we didn't picked it yet?

I just realized the real cost wasn't to make the dev. It's to have a public site available without a paid model yet... Just saw the cost of Mr. Gemini and trends are not looking good for my wallet. I would gladly take the 100$ cloud credit until I get the project under some quota system. I might have to paywall the thing or put some demo login for the juge.
