Hi,
Can I create a mobile app which connects directly to Gemini Live API? (Through Firebase AI SDK)
I know, the rules says: The agents are hosted on Google Cloud.
But in my case, the agent would run in the mobile app.
Would it still be eligible?

    Hello Roland,
    Apologies for the delay. I heard back from the Google Team and they said the following:
    "Yes, it is perfectly fine to build a mobile app that connects directly to the Gemini Live API using the Firebase AI SDK. However, to be fully eligible for the challenge, you must still find a creative way to incorporate a Google Cloud deployment into your project. For example, you could use Google Cloud for your database integration, backend app deployment, or partial agent deployment."
