Are projects from the recently concluded Gemini 3 Hackathon eligible ?

if a project was just submitted to the gemini 3 hackathon and was made in jan-feb this year eligible ?

    Oh okay could we reuse the idea and rebuild it for this hackathon, the idea I had works really well for this hackathon too
